Summary
Officials with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources' Division of Reclamation are recommending the state return to Alcoa some of the bond money on the Squaw Creek Mine where the company disposed of industrial waste for more than 10 years.
The public has until Feb. 19 to file written petitions for a review of the recommendation. Final approval of the $720,006 bond release will be made by Tim Taylor, the division's assistant director.See the full content of this document
