Mark Buehrle has always been a pretty good pitcher.

In his seven-plus seasons with the Chicago White Sox, the lefthander has won 98 games and made the all-star team three times. In 2005, when he helped the White Sox win the world's championship, he went 2-0 in the playoffs and 1-0 in the World Series. Not bad for a 38th-round draft pick.
