Two citizens were able to do what Tasers couldn't by helping an Evansville Police Department officer stop a suspected drunken driver Saturday who had run away from a car on foot.

The man, identified by police as 50-year-old Robert L. Sebree Jr., was on a day pass from the Vanderburgh County Community Corrections Complex at the time.
