When Glen Graber started offering health insurance to his employees at Graber Post Building in Montgomery, Ind., 10 years ago, it cost the company 50 cents an hour for each full-time employee. Now he spends $2.25 an hour - almost $1 million annually - or a 350 percent increase from a decade ago.

With the still-to-be implemented parts of the federal health care regulations coming during the next three years, those costs will continue to rise. Graber said he's unsure by how much, but one thing is certain:
