Summary
As classes begin this week at the University of Evansville and the University of Southern Indiana, 4,000 freshmen will be starting their first college courses -many of them new arrivals to the Tri- State. These students will often be hours - by car and even by plane - from the familiarity of home. They will have to find new places to eat, shop and have fun. So, we asked some sophomores and upperclassmen who moved here how they handled the transition, and what places they decided were worth their time and money.
