SEBREE, Ky. N A Hanson man is dead after the semi tanker he was operating, carrying 8,700 gallons of gasoline, wrecked on the Breathitt/Pennyrile Parkway near the Sebree exit about 4 a.m. Wednesday, shutting down the highway for roughly 12 hours.
