Another lawsuit has been filed in connection with a fatal oil well explosion last October west of Crossville that claimed the lives of two workers and injured four others.

Glen R. Iles, 41, of Browns, Ill., was operating a tank truck for Haggard Well Service of Mount Carmel, Ill., when oil and natural gas spewed out of the well he was working to plug and exploded. Iles sustained burns over much of his body. He continues to recuperate from his injuries.
