At the very least, organizers of a boxing match between members of the Evansville Police Department and local fire departments anticipate giving spectators a glimpse of a rare scene.

"It's not every day you get to see a policeman get punched, and nobody's going to jail," joked officer Patrick Phernetton, who organized and is promoting the bout with fellow officers Billy Bolin and Paul Kirby.
