A member of the Hamilton County (Ill.) Board was arrested early Saturday morning after he allegedly went to a rural Wayne County home and cut a supply line on its propane tank.
Troy D. Rubenacker, 39, of McLeansboro, Ill., was arrested at 4:07 a.m. by Wayne County sheriff's deputies. Preliminary police reports allege he went to a Route 2, Bluford, Ill., residence occupied by Robert, Marcella, Justin and Jerel Payne and cut a supply line that feeds out of a large propane tank.See the full content of this document
