Ivy Tech trustees next week will review their decision to hire an Anderson businessman as president after the state's public access counselor determined the board had acted illegally in selecting him.

The board will discuss the hiring of Thomas J. Snyder as the president of the state-supported community college at its April 19 meeting in French Lick, Vice Chairman Jesse Brand said. "Personally, I don't foresee a different outcome," he said. "I know that I'm still comfortable with the process that we followed."
