JASPER, Ind. - Taylor Day scored on a 4-yard run in overtime to lift Jasper to its third consecutive victory over Heritage Hills, 13- 7, on Friday night in a showdown of area football powerhouses.

Day ended with 94 yards on 25 carries for the Wildcats, 4-0 and ranked No. 3 in Class 4A. Heritage Hills, 3-1 and No. 2 in 3A, had outscored its first three opponents 156-0. Patriots coach Bob Clayton was proud of the way his team responded against its first quality opponent.
