Bailey Brown isn't the only Castle High School softball player who wears a brace on her leg to protect a torn anterior cruciate ligament.

Catie Cozart tore her ACL last December playing basketball and switched positions from shortstop to left field in softball to lessen the strain on her knee, on doctor's orders. Brown will not undergo surgery until June 13 because her injury was not diagnosed as a torn ACL until March.
