PRINCETON, Ind. - A man who was freed from jail in 2008 after serving more than 25 years on murder charges was arrested Friday in Gibson County and charged with the possession of four ounces of marijuana with intent to distribute, a class D felony.
Richard Dillon, 46, was convicted of the March 8, 1981, murders of William Hilborn, 72, and his wife, Mary, 65, inside their Petersburg, Ind., home.See the full content of this document
