HENDERSON, Ky. -- The Henderson City Commission decided Tuesday to legalize fireworks, but with restrictions that could dampen enthusiasm.
The ordinance on first reading passed on a 4-1 vote. During a workshop prior to the meeting, Commissioner Mike Farmer noted the measure prohibits use by those younger than 18 or within 200 feet - - about a half- block -- of any person, structure or vehicle.See the full content of this document
