MOUNT ERIE, Ill. - A rural Richland County, Ill., woman has been jailed on meth-related charges after Wayne County sheriff's deputies used surveillance video from a local drugstore to connect her with three bags of suspected meth trash thrown into a creek near Mount Erie.
