BOONVILLE, Ind. - Vicki Carter has visible proof that tasty meals are being served at the Warrick County Jail.

"Most of the inmates gain weight while they're here," explained the lockup's food service manager. "A few fill out so much they can't wear the clothes they had when they came in. They need bigger ones."
